bI have read prospectus and shall abide by all Institute rules and regulations.

cI will pay all dues / fees / fines before due dates.

dI will not hold administration responsible for any accident during my stay.

eI will not take part in political / ethnic / sectarian activities. If found, I will be withdrawn.

fI will not ask for security return if terminated on disciplinary grounds.

gI accept all decisions of CTTI as final and will not challenge in any court. Once selected, I will not request change of choice.

Before registration with PBTE
Rs. 7,900/-

After registration with PBTE
Rs. 5,000/- (Refundable Security)

📌 Submission Instructions

• Only candidates having domicile of any Province and Islamabad are eligible for Open Merit Seats.

• No Admission Form will be accepted after due date.

• Candidates can apply for more than one category if eligible.

• Forms once submitted will not be returned and will be considered final.

• Result revision after submission will not affect merit list.

Must be attested by Govt. Officer BPS-17 or above with full stamp.

✓ Four (04) copies of Academic Certificates / Result Card

✓ Four (04) copies of Domicile Certificate

✓ Four (04) copies of CNIC / B-Form

✓ Four (04) copies of Hifz-e-Quran Certificate if applicable

If you prefer physical submission by hand or courier, you must attach a Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable Processing Fee) in name of “Director CTTI” and send to:
