Overview

The dedication and persistent efforts of all faculty members have remarkable effects on the results in their annual examinations in PBTE and other vocational institutions. Students of this department have the credit to remain at top positions in annual PBTE examinations for the last 10 years. It is worthwhile to mention that most of the associate degree holders of this department have further continued their educational pursuit of a bachelor’s degree from various HEC-recognized engineering institutes. Similarly, many graduates are currently employed in institutions of national repute such as KRL, NESCOM, HIT, KENPU, and AWC, as well as in the military, and are performing well both at national and international levels.

The mission of the department is to impart theoretical and practical training to students in the field of Automobile and Diesel technologies on the course outlines of PBTE, NAVTTC, and NTB. To accomplish this goal, the department assigns mini projects of a specialist nature to 3rd-year students on specific topics for in-depth analysis and brainstorming, aiming to bridge the gap between modern and conventional concepts.
